  • Abstract
    This paper proposes a new PV power system scheme of to solve the shortcomings in traditional PV power system, such as low efficiency, high cost and complex control. The system consists of photovoltaic battery array, charge controller, storage battery and inverter. The charge controller adopts an improved MPPT technology which shortens the charge time of storage battery. The inverter adopts SPWM technology which can achieve boost voltage and inverter function at the same time. Using external voltage effective value loop and internal instant voltage loop control strategy, the new scheme improves dynamic characteristic and robustness of the control system efficiently and gets a steady 220V output voltage.
