Abstract :
Market system is a complicated system which is consisted of economic running quality, Supply-demand price elasticity, market delicacy and national macro-economy policy. Customer satisfaction index has been an important general index to evaluate economic condition. The paper structures system model of second-order complicated market based on customer satisfaction index, market tardiness (reciprocal of market delicacy), supply-demand price elasticity and market fluctuation. The paper introduces parameter-market tardiness-ratio ξ to analysis and study complicated market academic model in qualitative. It concludes that customer satisfaction index is the weatherglass of marketing quality.
