Abstract :
Selecting the most appropriate partner is considered an decision problems of IT outsourcing strategy because it involves conflicting multiple criteria during the evaluation process. Using the fuzzy TOPSIS method, with combination weight formed by compared respectively fuzzy weight method and fuzzy entropy weight method, this study provides a rational process for selecting the most appropriate vendor under each of the selection criteria. Integrating subjective with objective weights cans reflect the policymaker´s will rationally. The study´s finding offers an important reference for resolving decision making problems in fuzzy environment.
