Abstract
This paper present the experimental case-study, concerning the behavior of dc-dc converter and PWM control circuit system for embedding control-loops in practical application such a induction hob. The paper describes the experimental steps and tests to obtain a functional stand in order to understand and improve the design and achieve an optimal operation for converters involved in practical applications. The first part of the contribution present the modeling and designing part for DC-DC converter topologies. The second part had shown the practical aspects from experimental stage.
