Abstract :
New rural cooperative economy is quite helpful in optimizing the allocation of resources and promoting the development of agricultural modernization, while it also faces more centralized and more kinds of operating risk than it did ever before. Using the experiences of the previous agricultural insurance pilots, this paper proposes a new mode of agricultural insurance, which is "The government+ Insurance companies+ Reinsurance companies+ Leading enterprises+ Cooperative organizations+ Farmers". The mode is to solve insurance problems occurred in the development of the new rural cooperative economy and to establish an all-directional, many-sided and efficient agricultural insurance system.
