Abstract
The problems of traditional division of mine accident emergency response level are fuzzy, wasting resources, subjective judgment and wasting time. But in this article, the model of improved multipolar fuzzy pattern recognition was put forward to do the research on it. This model does the analysis calculation on quantitative index. The method of qualitative index quantization was used to improve the model and empirical study was given.
