Abstract :
Chain-Retail business is an important part of commodity circulation and service business field. The actual supply chain in Chain-Retail business has some certain shortcomings such as demand uncertainty, information asymmetry and supplier instability. The existence of these factors leads riskiness to the management of supply chain, thus affecting the proper functioning of the whole chain and may costs huge losses. This article has raised a system of evaluation for supply chain risk-alert according to the characteristics of the chain-retail and established a risk assessment model applied AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. This model is approved feasibility and applicability by a group of practical data.
