Abstract :
This paper introduces public service platform and remote consultation, then describes a construction of public service and consulting platform for SMEs (Small and Medium-sized enterprises), including demand analysis, operating mode, technology solution, and public service categories. The platform is a comprehensive service system composed of government non-profit services and value-added services. It is also an interactive service system based on the combination of remote and face-to-face services. This paper also establishes criteria for the classification of public services.
