Abstract :
The urban commercial banks in the Yangtze river delta area have developed at a tremendous speed for recent years. The indirect financial system which includes the modern commercial banks exerts an essential media function in the development of the economy. This article is aimed to illustrate the development of the urban commercial banks in Yangtze delta and make some suggestions on the problems to be solved.
