Abstract :
Tacit knowledge transfer efficiency is key to obtain sustainable competitive advantage for knowledge-based enterprises. This paper constructs tacit knowledge transfer network models for knowledge-based enterprises based on consulting relationships among the staffs, and is given a method to identify core employees based on the network model. It also analyzes the impact of employee demission on the tacit knowledge transfer efficiency. The results show that: the core staff demission has serious effect on tacit knowledge transfer efficiency, while employees random demission has little effect on tacit knowledge transfer efficiency. The results would be helpful for knowledge-based enterprises to identify core employees and manage their staffs.
