Abstract :
Mesh stiffness of involutes pair based on Hertz formulation is formulated, take into account the affect of cycloid wheelpsilas curvature, new calculation method of cycloid-needle pair is presented, a 24-DOF dynamical model of the RV250AII is formulated by lumped-parameter method, solved the dynamic equation by Matlab software, results shows that the nature frequency of the reducer will changing at a tiny range with the turning of cycloid, the bearings support stiffness of planet carrier and the bending stiffness of crankshaft has obvious effect on the nature frequency.
