Abstract
According to the existing problems of the breeding stock farm, A The Web-based E-Government Management mode for the breeding stock farm was constructed in the paper, which includes monitoring spot, agricultural operations management area, management center, public participation and internal network systems. E-government management approaches for the breeding stock farm were also put forward.
