Abstract :
This paper takes the system implementation of an enterprise as an example, through the analysis of the business process of an aviation maintenance enterprise, the demand of enterprise, and actual system structure, we analyze how the enterprise to implement a standard customized system in the actual business activities through the analysis of their internal needs and system investigation. We mainly discuss two questions about the implementation of ERP system: First, how to make the business and the system coincident. Secondly, how the enterprises success by implementing ERP system through adjusting the ERP system according to their reality.
