Abstract :
To improve the efficiency of the manual lap-count, and reduce the error of the manual lap-count during the middle-distance trace, this paper tried to develop a SCM-based high-frequency transmitting-receiving device including N-transmitter, a receiver, a controller and its accessories (keyboard, data cable), an LCD screen or computer monitor (for spectators and players observed results) and so on., that each player wear a wrist electropult which can be identified the athlete through different address-code, then set the number of laps athletes ran through the data-code, then calculated and displayed the number of laps left through the SCM. The practical 5 tests of long-distance running show that this device can not only improve the efficiency of the lap-count, helps athlete make proper tactic, but also ensures the game viewing, integrity and veracity.
