Abstract :
This article mainly elaborated the neural network intelligence simulation´s basic principle, the method and the model, have analyzed each correlation factor emphatically to the flood forecasting precision influence, have constructed the reasonable neural network model to realize the floodwater condition performance forecast in the water conservation information construction.
