Abstract :
With data from Chinese manufacturing listed companies in 2008, this paper analyzes the relationship between degree of internationalization and their performance which is measured by return on net assets. Degree of internationalization is negatively related to return on net assets when the degree less than 10%, positively related to return on net assets when the degree more than 30%.
