Abstract :
Today the manufacturing of piezomotors consists of various heterogeneous, evolving and it-isolated production processes. The main task of the middleware is to provide a simple, flexible and extendable method for the integration of all existing and future processes to a centralized information system. Then with this system it is possible to present filtered information for special applications like business control or quality analysis. In addition the message orientated middleware enables a communication between all processes which is the base for an automated manufacturing system.
