Abstract
The value and performance of e-commerce is currently an active research area in the information systems discipline. Based on the analysis of the existing literature and Baruapsilas net-enabled business value model, we propose e-commerce performance measures, as well as hypotheses which reflect the relationships among the performance measures. The research model can help managers understand e-commerce value and lay the theoretical foundation for evaluating e-commerce systems performance.
