Abstract :
Continuous economical cooperation between China and GMS countries has created many direct investment opportunities for mid- and small- enterprises (MSEs) from China. Enterprise operated service platform is an effective means to reduce the risk and increase the profit in direct investment. Based on risk analyses of direct investment strategies is proposed for set-up and optimizing enterprise operated service platforms, which will promote direct foreign investment in GMS countries by MSEs from China. The platform which is on a base of network organizations is an important way to optimize the allocation of resources and complement advantage resources in direct foreign investment.
