Abstract
Based on the research upon the traditional hiring process by enterprises, the author presents in this paper some risks arising from the traditional hiring process by enterprises. Risks may arise from the defects in the description of the hiring qualifications required by an enterprise, from the false information provided by a candidate, or from the failure to execute an employment contract in time, and etc. The author then further puts forward some optimization measures for the hiring process to avoid such risks.
