Research on evolution mechanism of enterprise IT outsourcing relationship

As competition intensifies, more and more enterprises outsource their IT. It is very important to enterprises that how to make IT outsourcing success. Outsourcing Relationship is one of the key issues of IT outsourcing. This paper firstly introduces the importance of IT outsourcing relationship; secondly, it analyses evolution dynamic of IT outsourcing relationship: external power including government, competitors, technology, suppliers and internal power including enterprise´s management ability, top management and outsourcing project; thirdly, it analyses evolution path of IT outsourcing relationship: support, alignment, reliance and alliance; lastly, it forms evolution mechanism model to explain evolution mechanism of enterprise IT outsourcing relationship.
