Abstract :
In this paper we consider a hybrid inventory system with manufacturing and remanufacturing. Characteristic and the influence factor of Inventory control in HMRS (hybrid manufacturing/remanufacturing system) was analyzed. Inventory control in HMRS with stochastic demand and return was studied. Presently, there are two main types of inventory replenishment strategies, which are called PUSH control strategy and PULL control strategy. We analyzed the disadvantages of PUSH and PULL control strategies.
