  • Abstract
    The IT infrastructure has steadily increased in complexity in recent years, this is due to some IT service resources allocation problems, such as human resource allocation problems, this is very important in the IT Infrastructure service management, how to choose proper IT service level agreements is very important to the IT customers and IT service providers in IT service management. The IT resource allocation strategy designed is based on the IT service agreements. In this paper, we consider the IT service demand as discrete, the problem study here are optimal resource allocation strategies. The choices have to be made to minimize the total cost of the IT service, we build the IT service resource allocation model. These models view IT as a set of services that can be provided by external parties to support organizational business processes. The customer and service provider obtain their optimal resource allocation mechanism based on the model.
