  • Abstract
    In order to better the poor validity of routing protocol and control overhead of the patient monitoring system based on ZigBee, comparing and analysing of two kinds of DSR and AODV routing algorithm, and using OPNET simulation tool for the performance of AODV routing protocol simulation. Making simulation about AODV routing protocol for the transmission delay, RREQ send the number, send traffic and receive traffic, route discovery time, each path, the average number of hops parameters, simulation results show that, AODV routing protocol performance, relatively stable, that is, AODV network routing protocols for ZigBee-based patient monitoring system.
