Abstract :
The Chinese local government websites have brought great convenience to people´s daily lives and work since the inception of “Government Online”Project. However, the Accessibility of websites has been ignored in this rapid development process. This study tries to find out how accessible they are with by examined almost all the websites of the provincial and municipal government.
