Abstract :
This study aims to assess users´ satisfaction of using online database based on information quality, system quality and service quality. These three qualities may be taken as predictors of user satisfaction in utilizing online database service. The study is based on a survey in which 132 self-administered questionnaires were distributed to master´s students of Faculty of Information Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia. Mean values for information quality, system quality and service quality are above the mid value which is 4.0, thus entailing that respondents tended to agree that the online database service they used had fulfilled their information quality, systems quality and service quality needs or expectations. Similarly, respondents inclined to agree that the online database service they used had satisfied their requirements and anticipations. The findings would be of value to digital library researchers or others who are interested in online database quality or design.
