Abstract
This paper addresses the issue of organisational genderization and impact of genderization in software development life cycle and how they could be used to improve several aspects of the lifecycle - from requirements engineering to software maintenance. These observations would be useful in addressing issues that arise in increasing the number of women in computing, software education and other related areas.
