Abstract :
This paper presents a simple face detection algorithm which is based on skin color model and can be easily realized and transplanted, with high-performance and high-precision. Through non-linear sub-color transformation, this algorithm pre-processes images after completing face color modeling. Coupled with the segmentation algorithm based on the combination of borders and the region, which is proposed and improved in this paper, the face region detection is achieved. Therefore, the specific location of eyes and mouth can be determined. The algorithm can serve as a very good reference to achieving web-based close-up authentication.
