Abstract
Software is an essential element in the modern (largely) digitized world. Yet, social sustainability topics are, so far, under-researched in the software engineering discipline. Currently, there is neither a clear method for evaluating social sustainability of a software system at the requirements level, nor a comprehensive set of metrics for social sustainability assessment in requirements analysis. This research aims to develop a set of such metrics and an accompanying method for analyzing social sustainability requirements of software systems.
