Abstract :
In the context of international financial crisis and logistics adjustment and revitalization plan, how to enhance national logistics competitive strength has become an urgent problem to be solved for government macro-management department. To enhance national logistics competitive strength, we need to evaluate and keep abreast of status of it. To evaluate national logistics competitive strength, we must build indicators system of it. Therefore, the paper has a study on the definition of national logistics competitive strength, builds indicators system which including four first class indicators and twelve second class indicators to measure it. namely, logistics infrastructure network connectivity; logistics network density, including road network density, railway network density, Airlines network density, inland water transport network density, highway network density, pipeline network density; logistics node size, including logistics park number, port number and warehouses number; Information facility scale, including on-line ratios, telephone penetration. We can have a further research on comparison and evaluation of national logistics competitive strength by this.
