Abstract :
Ant colony optimization (ACO) algorithm is a new meta-heuristic for hard combinational optimization problem. In order to resolve QoS multicast routing effectively and efficiently, this paper firstly describe QoS multicast routing model and ACO algorithm, then a new version of ACO algorithm based on pheromone local and global updating rule is proposed. Simulation results show that this algorithm can find optimal solution quickly and has a good scalability.
