Abstract :
In this paper, a new intelligent optimization system based on history inversion prediction databases and data mining techniques for mobile communication networks is presented. In this system, intelligent optimization techniques are realized based on intelligent drive test. With the support of these techniques, network engineers are able to get the real-time analyzing results of mobile networks´ working state, and then adjust the plan of the drive test and the strategy of network optimization to resolve problems existing in mobile communication networks in time. This system provides a more efficient method for the network engineers to analyze and manage the wireless networks, which can avoid the blindness, reduce workloads of network engineers and improve the effect and efficiency of network optimization.
