It can seem challenging to successfully expand an agile process to include Quality Assurance (QA) practices. It does not have to be overwhelming. Integration can be achieved by tackling small goals using the XP principles of communication, simplicity, feedback, and courage. This paper describes our experiences towards successful integration.
