  • Abstract
    Space-based Information Network (SBIN) can improve the coverage area and achieve the real time information acquisition, transmission and processing with the cooperative resource configuration. This paper proposes a new method of SBIN resource configuration to satisfy the observation and transmission requirements from various tasks. Based on the fitness between SBIN and users, pricing strategy and user´s willingness to pay, we present the resource matching algorithm aiming to maximize the total utility of SBIN and users. The user mentioned here refers to the customer having a need of detection and transmission. Simulation results show a great improvement of performance on fulfilling various kinds of probe and transmission tasks.
