Abstract :
In May 2007, the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) asked Pragmatics, Inc. to support the requirements definition and development of a new Web application for the US Joint Forces Command (USJFCOM) Joint Staff-3 (J3). The USJFCOM J3 sponsors needed to have the application built, delivered, and fielded in a tight, six-week time frame so that Combatant Commands (COCOMs) could enter their FY08 Rotational Requirements by 1 October, 2007. This experience report describes our successful development effort, from initial requirements definition to successful delivery, fielding, and acceptance by end users.
