Abstract
We are running a distributed agile project across two locations - Bangalore, India and Shanghai, China. The challenge was the Bangalore team started earlier into the project and had a good understanding on the requirements and technologies involved. Subsequently the China team was added and had to be mentored on the project tools and technologies. An agile approach was taken towards this mentoring which had to be done remotely as travel and communication language both were constraints. This paper describes the experience and the lessons learnt.
