Abstract :
DNA is an interesting molecular material for nanometer scale electronic device applications since it is a naturally formed nanowire. In this paper we discuss the formation of electrical interconnections of DNA molecules between gold electrodes by self-trapping process. The I-V characteristics were measured between gold electrodes at room temperature.
