Abstract
In this study, we used two high throughput techniques, DNA microarray and proteomics, to survey the global changes in genes and proteins after cyclic RGD peptides treatment on MCF-7 cancer cells. Furthermore, we annotated these gene functions and constructed the gene network using our developed software, BGSSJ and GeneNetwork, respectively. These results provide a molecular explanation for the properties of cRGD in breast cancer cells and put forth a valuable in-depth impact in breast cancer therapy.
