The modern approach to practical trainings for specialists of automatics

In this work, the conception of modern and universal teaching way for practical trainings these taken in use in Tallinn Center of Industrial Education is described. Modern education at all steps should be guided by achievement of this purpose. This is accompanied with reorientation of an estimation of results of education from traditional concepts: readiness, erudition, general culture and good breeding - on concepts the competence, competent that demands the organization of educational process on a basis the approach of professional competence with TRIZ elements. Organizational forms and methods of such training have a priority before the contents of educational material, actively influence him, can alter and transform it are presented.
