Abstract
Since its formation in 2005, the Web21C SDK team, has been using an agile methodology for the development of the BT Web21C SDK and related services. The team is made of 40 members distributed between the UK and the US. At the core of its agility is a continuously evolving toolbox consisting of tools selected by the team; it supports four core practices adopted to manage the development activities: maximum project status visibility, immediate feedback, ruthless automation and effective communication. This report shows which tools are currently in use, how the toolbox evolved to its current state and how these tools support the aforementioned core practices.
