Abstract :
In this work, we propose a green and coordination scheme SOCS to dynamically optimize the Femto-Enterprise coverage by adjusting the Femtocell transmit pilot power in enterprise environment. The resulting evolved algorithm shows the ability to optimize the coverage well, and by consequence the resultant substantial energy consumption. Our analysis is validated through MATLAB simulations.
