Abstract :
It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the thirty ninth edition of ISCA. This is the first time the ISCA is being held in Portland, Oregon - the city nicknamed “Silicon Forest” for its mixture of nature, beauty, and high-tech companies. As in previous ISCA conferences, you can expect to participate in and learn from high quality technical presentations, exchange recent research results in workshops, and network with a diverse group of colleagues from institutions from all over the world. We also hope you have an opportunity to explore your surroundings and enjoy the beauty this area offers beyond the two excursions provided by the conference.
