  • Abstract
    The IEEE Symposium on Computers and Communications started in 1995 in response to the growing interaction between the fields of computers and communications. IEEE ISCC takes place annually, in the beginning of the summer. Symposium locations include countries in the Mediterranean region, and in the Atlantic, such as Madeira this year.
