This paper introduces how to exploit water quality management system can access directly, high efficiency to plenty data and provide aid tool, realizing the function of water quality management: inquiring, updating, inserting and deleting. On the base of water quality information management, to analysis water quality, Water quality analysis to indicate directly the condition of water environment quality, which is the base of water environment capacity computer and control water pollution, realizing water quality analysis using single index and integrated index o On the base of water quality information, obtaining history water quality variation tendency image, prediction future water quality information and obtaining water quality image using BP neural network, to exploit decision support system can provide decision support to department concerned.
