Abstract :
One novel thermoelectric charger that consists of a thermoelectric generator, a boost converter and a battery was researched. The theory of the device was explained. Two control modes, max power point tracing and power match, were indicated separately. After building up the complete controller block, the relationship among the MPPT&PM loop, the voltage loop and current loop were discussed. The mathematic model of the voltage loop was analyzed. Its transfer function was derived. The relationships between damping factor ζ, natural frequency ωn and adjust time ts, overshoot σ% were analyzed. Finally the PI regulator parameters can be gotten. The experiment result verified that the model is correct.
