Abstract
Fixed relaying is a concept which is becoming mature within the research community due to the advantages that it can provide for future network deployments. Mobile relaying, an extension of the fixed relaying concept, has lately been investigated to highlight a possible framework for its deployment alongside fixed relay strategies. This paper aims to present the way that mobiles relays can be used to enhance quality of mobile positioning, hence enable the provisioning of location services of better quality to the end user.
