Abstract :
The 3-D radiation problem solution in the far zone of a finite-size corner antenna with an arbitrary aperture angle, excited by an arbitrarily oriented electric dipole, has been obtained by the uniform geometrical theory of diffraction (UGTD) method. The influence of the diffraction effects on the front-to-back ratio for the main field polarization of corner antennas is analyzed as a function of the apex angle, length and width of the corner faces
