Abstract :
This paper presents a control scheme of matrix converters for suppressing the resonance of the input filter. The principle of the resonance suppression is that the matrix converter absorbs the harmonic power of the resonant components. The effectiveness of the proposed suppression control scheme has been verified by experiments.
