Abstract
Today, advances in the technology of power systems integration allow new multiple functions in power conversion. However, performances are not improved enough to have today a complete DC-DC converter integrated on a same chip. This study proposes a comparison between different DC-DC converter topologies to deduce the most adapted for a future complete integrated circuit version. For this type of circuit, high efficiencies for high performing power densities storage and transfer are necessary.
