Risk and prevention of Chinese Foreign Direct investment under financial crisis

The US sub-prime crisis sparked the global financial crisis, which made various countries´ economy fall into serious decline. While it brings opportunity for the overseas direct investment of Chinese enterprises, it also makes it face more risks. This paper analyzes the present situation and characteristic that Chinese enterprises enter into other countries, and the opportunity and risk it face, and proposes the corresponding guard strategy.
